| 目的：基于文献探讨2017至2021年5年内中医药治疗儿科疾病的研究现状。方法：检索2017至 2021年期间，中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)收录的有关中医药治疗儿科疾病的研究文章，并通过软件Endnote 20进行文献梳理，通过Microsoft Excel制作各类儿科疾病研究频数的柱状图，总结分析我国5年中医药治疗儿科疾病的研究重点，探讨目前我国研究较多的用于防治儿科疾病的中医药方案。结果与结论：我国2017至2021年中医药治疗儿科疾病的研究重点在于儿童哮喘、儿童抽动症以及儿童肺炎等。儿童脑瘫、肥胖以及手足口病等研究较少。相关研究表明，中医药内外疗法以及中西医结合治疗能显著提高儿科疾病的愈显率。 |

| Objective: To explore the research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric diseases in 5 years from 2017 to 2021 based on the literature. Methods: The research articles on the treatment of pediatric diseases with traditional Chinese medicine included in CNKI and CBM from 2017 to 2021 were retrieved, literature was sorted by Software Endnote 20, the histogram of the research frequency of various pediatric diseases was made by Microsoft Excel, in order to summarize and analyze the research priorities of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pediatric diseases in China in the past 5 years. The traditional Chinese medicine programs for prevention and treatment of pediatric diseases which are widely studied in China were explored. Results and Conclusion: From 2017 to 2021, the research on the treatment of pediatric diseases in traditional Chinese medicine has focused on childhood asthma, children's tics and children's pneumonia, etc., and there are fewer studies on children's cerebral palsy, obesity and hand-foot-and-mouth disease; relevant studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine internal and external therapy and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can signifi cantly improve the cure rate of pediatric diseases. |
