| 目的：为不断加强执业药师继续教育，提高执业药师素质提供支持。方法：通过执业药师继续教育相关资料、文献研究，分析执业药师继续教育的现状、存在问题并提出完善建议。结果：现阶段执业药师参加继续教育培训积极性不高，缺乏学习的积极性和主动性。同时，由于继续教育管理制度、管理体系不够完善，部分地区继续教育学习资源陈旧、更新缓慢、形式较单一，导致继续教育培训效果欠佳。结论：应加强管理和宣传，提高管理部门和执业药师对继续教育重要性的认知，制定继续教育大纲和培训指南，健全管理制度，以需求为导向提高课程质量和针对性，加强合作，共建共享优质资源，出台激励措施，加大继续教育的经费投入，通过科学、规范、高效的管理，不断提升继续教育培训质量， 增强执业药师参加继续教育的主动性和积极性。 |

| Objective: To provide support for the continuous strengthening of continuing education of licensed pharmacists and improving the quality of licensed pharmacists. Methods: Through relevant data and literature research on continuing education of licensed pharmacists, the status quo and existing problems of the continuing education of licensed pharmacists were analyzed and suggestions for improvement were put forward. Results: At present stage, licensed pharmacists are found to be unmotivated to participate in continuing education and training, and lack the enthusiasm and initiative. At the same time, due to the imperfect management system of continuing education, the continuing education learning resources in some areas update slowly, even are outdated, and the form is relatively simple, resulting in the poor effect of continuing education training. Conclusion: Management and publicity should be strengthened to raise the awareness of the importance of continuing education among management departments and licensed pharmacists formulate continuing education outlines and training guidelines, improve the management system, improve the quality and pertinence of courses based on demand, strengthen cooperation, build and share high-quality resources, introduce incentives, and increase funding for continuing education. Through scientific, standardized and efficient management, the quality of continuing education and training will be continuously improved so as to enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of licensed pharmacists to participate in continuing education. |
