      目的:评价在胰岛素类似物专题教学中,应用问题导向教学法(PBL)结合案例导向教学法(CBL)的教学效果。方法:将2018年至我院的32名药学专业实习生作为研究对象;根据学生毕业后的职业规划分为试验组(拟从事临床药学工作)和对照组(拟从事药品调剂工作)。其中试验组16人,在传统理论教学的基础上,应用PBL与CBL相结合的教学方法进行教学;对照组16人,仅进行传统理论教学。实习结束后,通过考试和调查问卷的方式进行教学质量评估。结果:分别比较试验组与对照组的客观题考试总成绩及各单项成绩,均无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比较,试验组案例分析题考试总成绩及单项成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的学习积极性与主动性、临床思维能力、创新实践能力、沟通交流能力、团队协作能力均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合CBL的教学方法优于传统的教学方法,可显著提高对实习生胰岛素类似物专题中的教学质量,值得在教学中推广和应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To evaluate the teaching effect of the application of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with case-based learning (CBL) in the special topic teaching of insulin analogue. Methods:32 pharmaceutical interns in our hospital in 2018 were selected as the research objects. According to their career plans after graduation, the interns were divided into the test group (to be engaged in clinical pharmacy work) and the control group (to be engaged in drug adjustment work).There were 16 interns in the test group, who were given PBL method combined with CBL method on the basis of traditional theoretical teaching while there were 16 interns in the control group, who were given only traditional theoretical teaching. After the internship, the quality of teaching was assessed through examinations and questionnaires. Results:There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group in the objective test scores and the individual scores (P>0.05). Compared with the control group, the total scores and individual scores of case test of the test group were higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Learning enthusiasm and initiative, clinical thinking ability, innovative practice ability, communication ability, and team work ability of the test group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:PBL method combined with CBL method is superior to traditional teaching method, which can significantly improve the teaching quality of the interns in the special topic teaching of insulin analogue and is worthy to be promoted and applied in teaching.
