| 目的：利用品管圈的管理方法，组成中心药房药品破损改善品管圈，降低中心药房药品破损率，降低因药品破损带来的损失。方法：根据吉林大学第一医院中心药房的实际情况，成立品管小组。通过对可行性、迫切性、圈能力的综合投票，确定以“降低中心药房药品破损率”为主题，对医院中心药房每月药品调剂、运输及贮藏中产生破损的数量及原因进行有效分析，找出缺陷并制定相应的对策计划，对比活动开展前后药品破损率的改善情况。结果：中心药房药品破损率平均值由开圈前的293.66%降低至结圈时的95.68%，降低了197.98个百分点，并且达到了设定的标准。结论：在实际工作中恰当运用质量管理方法，能够加强药品管理，降低药品破损率，减少药品损失。本次活动中，圈员在处理问题的能力、面对问题的勇气、责任心和积极性等方面都得到了明显提高。 |

| Objective: To form improvement drug breakage quality control circle (QCC) in central pharmacy according to the QCC management methods so as to reduce drug breakage rate and to reduce the loss caused by drug breakage. Methods: Quality control group was set up based on the actual situation of the central pharmacy, the First Hospital of Jilin University. To reduce drug breakage rate in central pharmacy was determined to be the theme after the comprehensive voting on feasibility, urgency and the capability of the circle. The monthly number and the causes of drug breakage during the drug dispensing, transportation and storage in the central pharmacy were analyzed to identify defects and develop appropriate countermeasures. The improvement of the drug breakage rate before and after the QCC activity was compared. Results: The average drug breakage rate in the center pharmacy decreased from 293.66% before the circle was formed to 95.68% afterwards, decreased by 197.98% and reached the set standard. Conclusion: In practice, proper use of quality management methods can strengthen drug management, reduce the drug breakage rate and drug loss. The ability to deal with the problem, the courage to face the problem, responsibility and enthusiasm, etc., of the members of the QCC have been significantly improved. |
