| 目的：调查研究近年来我国染眉用途化妆品中着色剂的使用现状，以了解染眉用途化妆品的特征及安全性。方法：对2014-2018年在食品药品监督管理部门备案的346件染眉用途化妆品中着色剂的种类、复配使用和使用频率等情况进行调查分析。结果：调查结果显示，在346件染眉用途产品中使用的着色剂共27种；其中使用4种着色剂的情况最为普遍，占56.6%；CI 77499、CI 77491、CI 77492、CI77891 4种着色剂在染眉用途化妆品中的使用频率较高，均大于79%。结论：染眉用途化妆品使用的27种着色剂均为我国《化妆品安全技术规范》中准用着色剂列表原料。本文根据对染眉用途化妆品中着色剂使用现状调查结果，为我国对染眉用途化妆品的监管提出管理建议。 |

| Objective:To investigate the current status of the use of colorants in eyebrow cosmetics in China in recent years in order to understand the characteristics and safety of eyebrow cosmetics, the current status of the use of colorants in eyebrow dye cosmetics in China were investigated. Methods:The kinds, compounding and frequency of colorants used in 346 eyebrow dye cosmetics registered in CFDA from 2014 to 2018 were investigated and analyzed. Results:The survey result showed that 27 kinds of colorants were used in eyebrow dye products, among which four kinds of colorants were most commonly used in eyebrow dye products, accounting for 56.6%.The frequencies of the 4 kinds of colorants, i.e. CI 77499, CI 77491, CI 77492 and CI 77891, used in eyebrow dye products is more than 79% higher in average. Conclusion:The 27 kinds of coloranta used in eyebrow dye cosmetics are included in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics in China. This paper puts forward management suggestions for the supervision of eyebrow dye cosmetics based on the survey results of colorants in eyebrow dye cosmetics in China. |
