| 目的：掌握河南省胶剂生产企业的生产现状及存在的主要问题，为胶剂类产品生产企业发展提出建议。方法：对河南省6家胶剂类产品生产企业的原药材管理、生产、质量控制、销售等情况进行实地调研。结果与结论：胶剂类生产企业在原材料来源、生产管理、质量控制、产品召回等方面存在诸多问题；应进一步加强原药材来源控制，制订统一完善的质量标准，切实加强产品质量监管。 |

| Objective:To learn the current manufacturing status and existing problems of gelatin manufacturing enterprises and to provide suggestions for the development of gelatin manufacturing enterprises. Methods:Raw material management, manufacturing, quality control, and sale of 6 gelatin products manufacturing enterprises in Henan Province were investigated on site. Results and Conclusion:There exist lots of problems in gelatin products manufacturing enterprises, such as in the sources of raw materials, manufacturing management, quality control and product recall etc. Raw material source control should be further strengthened. A unified and perfect quality standard should be developed so as to practically enhance the supervision and administration of product quality. |
