| 目的：统计分析苏州市卫计委公布的重点监测品种中药注射剂的临床使用情况，为进一步合理使用中药注射剂提供依据。方法：统计重点监控品种中的中药注射剂在我院的使用量、销售金额和科室分布情况，计算用药频度（DDDs）和限定日费用（DDC）并排序。由临床药师对排序前4位的中药注射剂（注射用血栓通、醒脑静注射液、疏血通注射液、血必净注射液）的住院医嘱，对照《中成药临床应用指导原则》分别进行点评。结果：中药注射剂重点监控品种在我院临床使用中存在部分不合理现象；临床药师通过定期监测，结合专项处方点评，为医院管控重点监控品种的临床使用提供了药学保障。结论：临床药师参与重点药品监控，是药事管理新的任务和要求，可减少重点监控品种的滥用现象。 |

| Objective:To analyze statistically the clinical use of mainly-monitored varieties of traditional Chinese medicine injections announced by Health and Family Planning Commission of Suzhou so as to provide references for further rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods:The quantities, sales amounts and department distributions of mainly-monitored varieties of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital were analyzed statistically. Defined daily doses (DDDs) and defined daily cost (DDC) were calculated and ranked. Doctors' prescriptions for top 4 traditional Chinese medicine injections were reviewed by clinical pharmacists according to clinical guideline of traditional Chinese medicines. Results:There existed irrational clinical use of mainly-monitored varieties of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Clinical pharmacists could provide pharmacy guarantee for clinical use of mainly-monitored varieties of traditional Chinese medicine injections through regular supervision and special comments on prescriptions. Conclusion:It is a new task and requirement of pharmacy management for clinical pharmacists to participate in the monitoring of key drugs so as to reduce the irrational use of the mainly-monitored varieties. |
