      目的:为完善和促进我国药品不良反应(ADR)监测工作提供依据。方法:随机选取500家市售企业产品,采用拨打药品生产企业包装上的联系电话方式,对企业受理消费者ADR报告情况进行调查。结果:仅有23%产品包装上的标注电话有人接听,75%企业包装上标注的电话号码无人接听,7家企业的联系方式竟然是空号。结论:企业电话接通率普遍较低,说明企业对于该渠道接受消费者ADR信息的重视程度不够。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To provide a basis for improving and promoting the monitoring of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in China. Methods: 500 commercial products of pharmaceutical companies were randomly selected and the situation of answering the ADR reporting from consumers was investigated by dialing the contact phone numbers printed on the package. Results: Only 23% phone numbers printed on the package were answered, 75% phone numbers printed on the package were not answered, and 7 phone numbers were not in use. Conclusion: The ratio of answering was generally low, indicating that pharmaceutical companies did not pay enough attention to this way of answering ADR reporting from consumers.
