| 目的：了解郑州市儿童医院门诊手足口病患儿的用药情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查，抽取该医院2016年1-6月门诊第一诊断为手足口病的处方18924张，对处方用药情况进行统计分析。结果：使用率排序前5名的药品为阿昔洛韦乳膏、开喉剑喷雾剂、利巴韦林颗粒、康复新液、重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶；抗菌药物使用率为20.61%（3901/18924），以第三代头孢菌素为主。结论：该院对门诊手足口病患儿主要选用利巴韦林和中成药抗病毒、头孢菌素类抗菌药物抗感染，同时辅以对症治疗，用药方案基本合理。 |

| Objective: To investigate the medication status of outpatients with hand-foot-mouth disease by analyzing prescriptions in Children's Hospital of Zhengzhou (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") in order to provide references for rational drug use. Methods: A total of 18924 prescriptions of outpatients diagnosed with hand-foot-mouth disease were reviewed retrospectively in our hospital from January to June in 2016. The drug use of prescriptions were analyzed statistically. Results: The top fve drugs sorted by the utilization ratio were Aciclovir Cream, Kaihoujian Spray, Ribavirin Granules, Kangfuxin Liquid, and Recombinant Human Interferon Alpha -2b Gel. The utilization ratio of antibiotics was 20.61% (3901/18924), most of which were the thirdgeneration cephalosporins. Conclusion: The hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital was treated mainly with antivirals (ribavirin and Chinese patent medicine) as well as antibiotics (cephalosporins), in combination with symptomatic treatment. Medication scheme for hand-foot-and-mouth disease is basically rational in our hospital. |
