| 目的：通过开展PDCA循环提高门诊西药房麻醉药品处方合格率。方法：选定主题，成立品管圈，通过点评麻醉药品处方，找出影响处方合格率的原因，按照PDCA循环的步骤开展活动。结果：开展品管圈活动后，通过各种举措方案，门诊西药房麻醉处方合格率从92.57%提高到98.56%。结论：工作中合理运用有效的质量管理方法，可不断发现和解决实际工作中存在的问题，以提升药学服务质量，体现药师价值。 |

| Objective: To improve prescription qualified rate of narcotic drugs in outpatient pharmacy with the application of PDCA recycle. Methods: By selecting themes, setting up quality control circles and commenting on narcotic drugs prescription, the reasons of influencing the prescription qualified rate were found out. According to the PDCA recycle steps, all kinds of activities were carried out. Results: With quality control circles and series of methods, qualified rate of narcotic prescriptions in outpatient pharmacy increased from 92.57% to 98.56%. Conclusion: Reasonable implementation of effective quality management method in work can constantly discover and solve the problems existing in the practical work, improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and reflect the value of pharmacists. |
