目的:建立菟丝草质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别;采用HPLC法测定菟丝草中金丝桃苷的含量,色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse TC-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(17∶83),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温为30 ℃,检测波长360 nm。 结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰,金丝桃苷在2.568~206.4 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.18%,RSD为2.09% (n=9) 。结论:本方法准确、简便、灵敏度高,能有效控制菟丝草药材的质量。 |

Objective: To establish the quality standard of Cuscuta chinensis. Methods: The cuscuta chinensis was identified with the method of thin-layer chromatography (TLC), and the HPLC method was used to determine the contents of hyperoside in Cuscuta chinensis with an Agilent Eclipse TC-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (17∶83), and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was 360 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: TLC spots were clear and well-separated. The calibration curve of hyperoside showed a good linear in the range of 2.568~206.4 μg· mL-1 (r=0.9999) and the average recovery was 100.18% (RSD=2.09%, n=9). Conclusion: The method was accurate, simple, and sensitive, which could be used for the quality control of the cuscuta chinensis. |
