| 目的：探究聚乙二醇电解质散的两种口服方法在肠道准备中的效果。方法：入选我院230例行电子结肠镜的患者，按照不同口服方法分为实验组和对照组。实验组112例患者检查当日术前4 h服用聚乙二醇2袋；对照组于镜检前1日晚8时将1袋聚乙二醇服完，并且在检查当日术前4 h再次服用1袋聚乙二醇。观察两组患者排便次数及BBPS评分，并做统计分析。结果：对照组患者排便次数明显多于实验组（11.2±1.4比6.7±1.2），实验组BBPS评分总分明显高于对照组（6.73±1.20比5.24±1.05），差异均具有统计学意义。结论：术前4 h一次性口服2袋聚乙二醇电解质散的方法做出的肠道准备更佳。 |

| Objective: To investigate the effect of two oral administration methods of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on bowel preparation.Methods: A total of 230 patients in our hospital who underwent electronic colonoscopy were enrolled in the study, and divided into experimental and control groups according to different methods. The patients of experimental group received two bags of polyethylene glycol about four hours before the examination. Control group patients were treated with one bag of polyethylene glycol at 8:00 p.m. before the day of examination, and received another bag of polyethylene glycol about four hours before the examination. The defecation and BBPS scores were observed, and statistical analysis was carried out.Results: The defecation of control group was signifcantly higher than that of experimental group(11.2±1.4 vs 6.7±1.2), while the BBPS score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(6.73±1.20 vs 5.24±1.05).Conclusion: The way of taking two bags of polyethylene glycol about four hours before the examination can make the better bowel preparation. |
