| 目的：观察硝呋太尔联合奥硝唑栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将2015年1月-2015年12月在本院门诊治疗的180例女性滴虫性阴道炎患者，随机平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组每晚阴道给予奥硝唑栓1枚，观察组在阴道给予奥硝唑栓的基础上再给予硝呋太尔片0.2 g，口服，tid；两组疗程均为7 d；观察两组患者的临床疗效，治疗前后临床总评分、阴道分泌物细菌数及不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；随访观察组复发情况等均优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗期间均未见明显不良反应发生。结论：硝呋太尔联合奥硝唑栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎可取得更好的治疗效果。 |

| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of nifuratel tablets in combination with ornidazole vaginal suppositories fumigation on trichomonas vaginitis.Methods: A total of 180 female outpatients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given ornidazole vaginal suppositories, which was inserted into the vagina before going to bed at night; the observation group was additionally given oral administration of 0.2 g nifuratel tablets, 3 times/d. The course of treatment was 7 d for both groups. The clinical effcacy, the total score of clinical symptom, the number of vaginal bacteria and ADR of the 2 groups were observed before and after the treatment.Results: The total effective rate of observation group was signifcantly higher than that of control group, and there was a signifcant difference between the 2 groups (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in observation group was lower (P<0.05). No obvious ADR was found in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion: Nifuratel Tablets in combination with Ornidazole Vaginal Suppositories fumigation showed obvious effects on trichomonas vaginitis. |
