| 目的:为完善我国执业药师职业资格准入制度提供借鉴。方法:收集并分析美国、英国、日本、新加坡现行执业药师(药师)资格准入制度政策、组织管理机构、报名条件、考试内容、考试形式及合格标准等信息,结合我国执业药师资格准入制度的发展现状,提出建议。结果与结论:我国应加快执业药师立法进程,不断完善执业药师资格准入制度,建立高等院校药学教育与药学实践的有效衔接,培养具有临床实践能力、能够提供准确药学服务的合格执业药师。 |

| Objective: To provide reference for improving the professional qualification admission system of licensed pharmacists in China. Methods: Information such as the policy, organization and management organization, registration conditions, examination content, examination form and qualification standards of licensed (pharmacists) in the United States, Britain, Japan and Singapore were collected and analyzed. Suggestions were put forward based on the development status of licensed pharmacists qualification admission system in China. Results and Conclusions: China should speed up the legislative process of licensed pharmacists, constantly improve the qualification admission system of licensed pharmacists, establish the effective connection between pharmacy education and pharmacy practice in colleges and universities, and train qualified licensed pharmacists with clinical practice ability and able to provide accurate pharmaceutical care. |
