目的:建立银翘解毒颗粒中金银花掺伪检查方法。方法 采用LC-MS法,色谱柱为Waters CORTECS(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7 μm),以乙腈和水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.5mL.min-1。结果:灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙在0.0440~5.504μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为101.49%,RSD=5.97%(n=9);川续断皂苷乙在0.0458~5.720μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为104.71%,RSD=4.99%(n=9)。结论 本方法灵敏、准确,可作为银翘解毒颗粒中金银花掺伪检查方法。 |

Objective:To establish the identification method of Lonicera japonica in Yinqiaojiedu Granules. Methods: LC-MS method was used with Waters CORTECS(150 mm×4.6 mm,2.7 μm) as analytical column, acetonitrile and water was used as mobile phase for gradient elution, the flow rate was 0.5 mL.min-1. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0440~5.504μg/ml for macranthoidinSB, and the average recovery was 101.49% with RSD=5.97%(n=9); the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0458~5.720μg/ml for dipsacoside B, and the average recovery was 104.71% with RSD=4.99%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable, which can be applied to quality control of Lonicera japonica in Yinqiaojiedu Granules. |
