| 科教融合、产教融合、科创融合是应用型人才培养的重要途径,产业学院是主要的载体。近年来,生物医药产业发展非常迅速。为了更好支撑和服务地方生物医药产业的人才培养,建设新型产业学院模式尤为重要。本文以“佛山科学技术学院-中国中药产业学院”为例,根据地方生物医药产业的发展现状与应用型人才培养的需求,对建设意义、研究背景、建设模式展开讨论。本研究通过探索依托生物医药产业学院提升应用型生物医药人才培养质量,为我国产业升级和转型过程面临的人才需求问题提供了可参考的方法。 |

| Integrations of science and education, industry and education, as well as science and industry are the important measures to train application-oriented talents, the carrier of which is industrial college. In recent years, bio-pharmaceutical industry has developed very rapidly. In order to support and serve of the pharmaceutical talents for local industry, it’s important to develop the innovative bio-pharmaceutical industry college. According to the development status of local bio-pharmaceutical industry and its talents cultivation demand, the significance, background, as well as construction method were discussed, respectively. Through exploring how to improve the quality of application-oriented talents based on bio-pharmaceutical industry college, this study provides a reference method for the problems of talent demand in the process of upgrading and transforming in Chinese bio-pharmaceutical industry. |
