      目的:为了及时跟踪国际上GAN应用于医疗器械领域的研究进展,明晰GAN及其演化的相关深度学习方法。以期能够对国内人工智能医疗器械企业有所借鉴和帮助。方法:本文从GAN的技术演变和临床应用2个方面对GAN及其演化算法和在医学影像优化技术进行概述。结果与结论:GAN作为近几年深度学习的新热点,在国际上已进行了较为深入的研究,并通过大量的临床试验和代表性产品上市初步应用于医疗器械领域。目前,在我国还没有基于AI的过程增强与图像重建医疗器械产品获批上市,但学术研究较为活跃,国内人工智能医疗器械企业在图像重建、分割、配准、映射等方面也在进行积极探索。

      Objective: In order to keep track of the research progress of GAN in the field of medical devices in the world, and to clarify GAN and its evolutionary related in-depth learning methods. In order to provide reference and help for domestic AI medical device enterprises. Methods: GAN and its evolutionary algorithms and medical image optimization techniques were summarized from the aspects of its technological evolution and clinical application. RESULTS AND Conclusion: GAN, as a new hotspot of in-depth learning in recent years, has been deeply studied in the world, and has been initially applied in the field of medical devices through a large number of clinical trials and representative products on the market. At present, there is no AI-based process enhancement and image reconstruction medical device products approved for market in China, but academic research is more active. Domestic AI medical device enterprises are also actively exploring image reconstruction, segmentation, registration, mapping and other aspects.
