| 目的：通过分析上海某区级医院2年来国家集中采购中选药品的使用数据，了解中选药品真实的使用现状。方法：分别收集上海某区级医院2019年5月至12月和2020年5月至12月使用国家集中采购中选药品的数据，换算成用药频度(DDDs)和限定日费用(DDDc)等，与2018年5月至12月同期使用相同通用名药品的结果进行比较。结果：中选药品与国家集中带量采购前的同期相比，各种药品用量有增有减，属于正常波动。药品价格明显下降，为患者、医保节约了大量药品费用。结论：随着国家集中采购的常态化推进，其积极效应正在逐步显现，患者能够从中受益。 |

| Objective: To comprehend the real use status of the selected drugs by analyzing the data using drugs centralized purchasing in a district hospital in Shanghai during the past two years. Methods: The data of selected drugs in national centralized procurement in the hospital from May to December both in 2019 and 2020 were collected, and converted into DDDs and DDDc etc. so as to compare with the results of drugs with the same generic name during the same period from May to December in 2018. Results: Compared with the same period before the national centralized procurement, there are increases and decreases on the usage amount of various drugs, which is a normal fluctuation. However, the significant price dropping of the drugs have saved a plenty of expenses for patients and medical insurance. Conclusion: With the regular promotion of the national centralized procurement, its positive effect is gradually emerging, from which patients could ultimately benefit. |
