| 目的：为完善我国药品集中带量采购制度提供参考。 方法：采用文献研究与资料分析法，通过检索CNKI、维普、万方等数据库，访问各省市药品集中采购网站，收集整理我国药品采购制度相关文献与政策文件，对历年来我国药品采购制度的演变与实施情况进行梳理，分析药品集中带量采购实施现状与完善措施。 结果与结论：药品集中带量采购的实施在降低药价方面取得了显著成效，但是实施过程中的产能、流通配送及用药合理性保障等方面还存在一定隐患，建议可从明确价格区间、精确采购量、 规范用药行为等方面进一步完善相关配套措施。 |

| Objective: To provide references for improving the centralized drug procurement system in China. Methods: The relevant literature and policy documents of drug procurement systems in China were collected and sorted out, the evolution and implementation of China's drug procurement systems over the years were sorted out, and the implementation status and improvement measures of centralized drug procurement were analyzed by using the method of literature research and data analysis which were conducted by searching CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and other databases as well as visiting the websites of centralized drug procurement in various provinces and cities. Results and Conclusion: The implementation of centralized drug procurement has achieved remarkable results in lowering drug prices, but there are still some hidden dangers in the aspects of production capacity, circulation and distribution, and rational use of drugs in the implementation process. It is suggested that relevant supporting measures could be further improved from the aspects of clear price range, accurate procurement volume and standardized drug use behavior. |
