| 目的：分析8145例药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点和规律，为提高药品应用的安全性提出管理措施。方法：采用回顾性研究方法和帕累托图等统计方法，共纳入病例8145例，对发生ADR患者的人口学信息、药物治疗资料、药品种类等方面进行综合分析，汇总工作流程和管理中发现的问题。结果： ADR的表现形式多样、影响因素多，药品安全性监测工作有待持续改进。结论：通过多种管理措施，对药品应用安全性进行监测，加强风险研究，优化用药方案，以保障患者用药安全，同时为临床医生诊疗提供参考。 |

| Objective: The occurrence characteristics and regularity of 8145 cases of adverse drug reactions (ADR) were analyzed, and management strategies were put forward to improve the safety of drug application. Methods: A total of 8145 cases were included by retrospective study and statistical methods such as Pareto diagram were applied. The demographic information, drug treatment data and drug types of patients with ADR were comprehensively analyzed, and the problems found in procedures and management were summarized. Results: There are various forms of ADR and many influencing factors. Drug safety monitoring needs to be improved continuously. Conclusion: Through a variety of management measures, the safety of drug application should be monitored, the risk research should be strengthened, and medication regimen should be optimized, so as to ensure the patients safety of drug use and provide references for diagnosis and treatment of clinicians. |
