| 目的：分析专利对中药企业收益的影响。方法：运用多元一次线性回归分析方法，对52家中药上市公司2002-2016年专利申请、员工规模与企业收益进行分析。结果与结论：专利申请对于中药类企业的收益存在正相关关系，回归方程有较好线性关系。专利申请数量对中药企业净利润的影响最大，同时，对营业收入的提升及营业收入提升的边际效率都有较好的正面影响。 |

| Objective: To analyze the impact of patents on profits of Chinese medicine enterprises. Methods: The patent applications, staff number and the profits of 52 listed Chinese medicine enterprises from 2002 to 2016 were analyzed by using the method of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results and Conclusion: The patent applications had a positive correlation with the profits of Chinese medicine companies and the regression equation had a good linear relationship. The number of patent applications had the greatest impact on the net profit of Chinese medicine companies and had a positive impact on the improvement of operating revenue and the marginal efficiency of the operating revenue. |
