| 近年来随着中药现代化的推进和学科之间的交叉融合,智能感官技术被越来越广泛探索应用于中药领域。文章对常用智能感官技术的原理、优点和使用范围进行概述;整理了智能感官技术应用于易混中药材及饮片鉴别,不同产地、不同部位、不同采收期和不同储藏期中药材及饮片鉴别,中药炮制,中药质量控制和中药制剂矫味等方面的应用研究现状;并讨论了智能感官技术应用于中药领域的局限性及未来的发展方向,以期为智能感官技术更好地应用于中药领域提供参考。 |

| In recent years, with the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the cross integration of disciplines, intelligent sensory technology has been increasingly explored and applied inTCM. The article provides an overview of the principles, advantages, and scope of application of commonly used intelligent sensory technologies; summarizes the current research status of the application of intelligent sensory technology in the identification of easily mixed Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces, identification of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces from different origins, parts, harvesting periods, and storage periods, Chinese medicine processing, quality control of TCM, and correction the taste of TCM preparations; and discussed the limitations and future development directions of intelligent sensory technology applied in traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for the better application of intelligent sensory technology in traditional Chinese medicine. |
