| 目的：分析北京市宣武中医医院(以下称我院)中药配方颗粒使用情况，探讨中药配方颗粒的应用管理，保障临床使用的合理性、安全性、有效性，为中药配方颗粒更广泛的安全合理应用提供参考。 方法：统计我院中药饮片与中药配方颗粒的应用情况并结合查阅整理文献，对其进行分析。结果：我院中药配方颗粒的应用呈逐年上升趋势，并且处方合格率也逐年提升。中药配方颗粒治疗效果良好，调配效率高，比中药饮片应用更便捷，作为中药新型饮片形式更适应现代人生活需要。但中药配方颗粒在人员配备、环境设施、药品验收、储存保管以及药品质量监测等方面还存在不足，需要进一步改进。结论：中药配方颗粒应用前景广阔。结合我院中药配方颗粒在验收管理、存贮保管、调配应用等方面的情况，建议参照中药饮片相关管理要求加强管理，在质量监督等方面，进一步深化细则，更好地保证中药配方颗粒质量和临床使用。 |

| Objective: To analyze the use of TCM formula granules in Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and explore the application management of TCM formula granules to ensure the rationality, safety and effectiveness of clinical use. To provide reference for the wider safe and rational application of TCM formula granules. Methods: Literature review, statistics and analysis were made on the application of Chinese medicine decoction pieces and TCM formula granules in our hospital. Results: The application of TCM formula granules in our hospital was increasing year by year, and the rational rate of prescription was also improving year by year. TCM formula granules had good therapeutic eff ect, high blending effi ciency, and more convenient economic effi ciency compared with Traditional Chinese Medicine decoction pieces. As a new dosage form, they were more suitable for modern people's living needs. However, there are still defi ciencies in the staffi ng, environmental facilities, drug acceptance, storage and custody, and drug quality monitoring of TCM formula granules, which needed to be further improved. Conclusion: The application prospect of TCM formula granulesis broad. Combined with the situation of acceptance management, storage, deployment and application of TCM formula granules in our hospital, it is suggested to strengthen the management according to the relevant management requirements of TCM decoction pieces, and further deepen the detailed rules in terms of quality supervision, so as to better ensure the quality and clinical use of TCM formula granules. |
