目的:探索建立信息化监测体系,实现国家集采药品全流程智能化管控,为国家集采药品的信息化管理提供参考。方法:利用国家平台编码(YPID)规则的特点,赋予每个药品计算机可识别的数字化身份证,建立包括智能化提醒、任务分解、采购控制及自助实时查询等一系列信息化监控体系;分别对比分析厦门大学附属中山医院(简称我院)前三批国家集采药品首个年度及上个年度同期同通用名药品用量及金额,评价实践效果。结果:智能化提醒模块让医生优先选择中选药品,任务分配模块能精细分配任务到主要使用科室,采购控制模块轻松控制中选采购占比,自助实时查询模块让临床科室随时知晓任务完成情况。通过上述模块的设置,我院前三批国家集采共88个药品全部超额完成约定任务量, 中选使用占比符合要求,同通用名原研药仍占一定比例;前三批国家集采药品首个年度同比节省费用共 3908.60万元。结论:我院信息化监控体系实现对国家集采药品的精准管控,满足患者不同的需求,减少医保经费的支出,增量降费效果显著,令多方受益。 |

Objective: To explore the establishment of information monitoring system, achieve the National Drug Collection Process Intelligent Control, and provide reference for the information management of the national drug collection. Methods: According to the character of national platformcoding rule, each drug was given a digital ID that computer could recognize, then a series of information monitoring system could be established, including intelligent reminder, task decomposition, purchase control and self-help real-time inquiry; the practice eff ect was evaluatedby comparing and analyzing the consumption and amount of the same generic drugs ofthe fi rst three batches of National Drug Collection in the same period of fi rst and last year respectively. Results: The intelligent reminder module allows doctors to preferentially select the selected drugs, the task assignment module could fi nely assign tasks to the main departments, the purchase control module could easily control the proportion of the selected purchases, and the self-service real-time query module allows the clinical departments to know the completion of tasks at any time. Through the setting of the above modules, 88 drugs in the fi rst three batches of National Drug Collection of our hospital exceeded the target quantity required, and the proportion of selected drugs met the requirements, the original research drugs with the same generic name still accounted for a certain proportion;In the fi rst three batches of National Drug Collection, 39.0860 million yuan was saved in the fi rst year compared with the same period last year. Conclusion: The information monitoring system in our hospital achieved the accurate control of the national collection of drugs, met the diff erent needs of patients, reduced the expenditure of medical insurance funds, increased the quantity but decreased the cost, and benefi ted multiple parties, the eff ect is remarkable. |
