目的:探讨医院静脉用药调配中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,PIVAS)的智能化建设与实践,为PIVAS的发展提供参考。方法:以PIVAS信息系统作为中枢神经系统,对接智能贴签机、智能摆药机、智能PDA、扫描枪、智能分拣机等智能化设备,并进行全流程监控,考察运行效率与质量。结果:PIVAS经过智能化建设后,提高了医嘱审核、排批、分拣、运输效率,减少了贴签、 摆药、分拣、运输等相应岗位的人员数量,差错降幅达到61.90%,输液执行及时率从76.02%提升至 92.53%。结论:PIVAS的智能化建设有助于提高工作效率,保障工作质量,提升药学服务水平,提高医院整体管理水平。 |

Objective: To discuss the intelligent construction and practice of pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) in the hospital in order to provide references for the development of PIVAS. Methods: PIVAS information system is used as the central nervous system to connect with intelligent equipment such as intelligent labeling machines, intelligent drug dispensing machines, personal digital assistants, scanning guns and intelligent sorters, and the whole process is being monitored to investigate the operation efficiency and quality. Results: After intelligent construction, PIVAS has improved the efficiency of medical order reviews, batch scheduling, sorting and transportation, and has reduced the number of personnel in corresponding posts such as labeling, dispensing, sorting and transportation. PIVAS has also reduced the error rate by 61.90% and has increased the timely implementation rate of infusion from 76.02% to 92.53%. Conclusion: The intelligent construction of PIVAS helps to improve work efficiency, ensure work quality, improve pharmaceutical care level and improve the overall management of the hospital. |
