| 目的：构建中药饮片在流通使用环节的质量追溯体系，为我国中药饮片使用流通的追溯管理提供应用示范。方法：建立包括饮片出厂、验收入库、贮存养护、调剂发放和不良反应监测等整个流通使用过程的追溯架构。基于二维码技术，给每批药品标上唯一标识，每个流通环节均需使用“二维码身份证”，确保有相关的流通记录。结果：实现了二维码生成、识别与追溯功能，用扫描枪或手机扫描药品包装上的二维码，可查询中药饮片从出厂后整个流通过程中的信息，初步构建了中药饮片使用流通过程中的质量追溯体系。结论：该体系高效完整客观，使用方便，可用于追溯中药饮片流通使用全流程，真正实现“来源可溯，去向可追”，有助于提高中药饮片使用的安全性。 |

| Objective: To construct a quality traceability system during the circulation and use of Chinese herbal medicine pieces, and provide an application demonstration for the traceability management of their use and circulation. Methods: A traceability framework for the entire circulation and use process was established, including the delivery of decoction pieces, acceptance and warehousing, storage and maintenance, dispensing and issuing, and adverse reaction monitoring. Based on two-dimensional code technology, each batch drug was marked with unique identifi cation, and each circulation needs to use "two-dimensional code ID card" to ensure that there are relevant circulation records. Results: The generation, identification and traceability function of two-dimensional code were realized. Scanning the two-dimensional code on the medicine package with a scanner or a mobile phone can help to query the information of the entire circulation process of Chinese herbal medicine pieces after its leaving the factory, and the quality traceability system in the use and circulation process of Chinese herbal medicine pieces was preliminarily constructed. Conclusion: The system is effi cient, complete, objective, and convenient to use. It could be used to trace the whole process of the circulation and use of Chinese herbal medicine pieces, truly realizing the ideal of “traceable source, traceable whereabouts”, and help to improve the safety of Chinese herbal medicine pieces. |
