| 目的：探讨建立适用于医疗机构中药注射剂管控方法，为医疗机构中药注射剂管控提供参考和借鉴，规范临床应用，降低患者经济负担。方法：运用PDCA循环管理工具，对4种中药注射剂的临床使用进行分阶段管控，选用SPSS(17.0版)统计学软件处理数据，比较管控前后药品使用情况变化。结果： 4种中药注射液与干预前相比用药频度、使用率、销售金额及其占药品总销售金额的比例显著降低(P＜ 0.05)；不合理使用率明显降低(P＜0.01)；在适应证不适宜、单次剂量低、溶媒选择不适宜、重复用药、配伍错误问题方面均有明显改进(P＜0.05)。结论：PDCA循环管理工具适用于中药注射液合理应用管控，能循序渐进地解决管控问题，对降低中药注射剂使用量、提高用药合理率效果显著，值得医疗机构进行推广。 |

| Objective：To explore the establishment of control methods of TCM injection suitable for medical institutions in order to provide references for TCM injection control in medical institutions, standardize clinical application and reduce the economic burden of patients. Methods：The PDCA cycle management tool was used to control the clinical use of 4 kinds of TCM injections by stages. SPSS (version 17.0) statistical software was used to process the data, and changes of drug use before and after the control were compared. Results：DDDs, utilization rate, consumption sum and their proportion in total consumption sum of 4 TCM injections were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention (P＜0.05). The unreasonable utilization rate was significantly decreased (P＜0.01); There were significant improvements in indications inappropriateness, low single dose, inappropriateness of solvent selection, repeated drug use and incompatibility (P＜0.05). Conclusion：PDCA cycle management tool is suitable for the rational application and control of TCM injections and could gradually solve the control problems. It has a significant effect on reducing the amount of TCM injections and improving the rational rate of drug use, which is worthy of promotion in medical institutions. |
