| 目的：应用处方前置审核系统实现门诊处方收费和调剂之前对其适宜性进行审核，优化工作流程，促进合理用药。方法：汇总芜湖市第二人民医院2020年1月至2020年12月处方前置审核系统的门诊干预数据，对干预结果进行描述分析。另分别抽查2019和2020下半年各6个月处方进行点评，比较系统运行前后处方合格率变化等。结果：处方前置审核系统上线后第1年共审核处方580556张，日均审核 1587张；拦截处方25497张，日均70张；干预后医师修改处方13736张，有效干预率为53.87%。与之前相比，处方前置审核系统运行后，全院处方合格率逐月升高，至2020年12月，处方合格率为99.01%。结论：院门诊处方前置审核系统工作模式切实可行，可提高医院处方安全性，促进临床合理用药。 |

| Objective: To achieve outpatient prescription's audit before payment and dispensing , optimize the dispensing process, improve the ratio of qualified prescriptions and promote rational use of drugs by using prescription pre-audit system. Methods: The outpatient intervention data of the Second People's Hospital of Wuhu City from January, 2020 to December, 2020 were summarized, and the intervention results were described and analyzed. In addition, six-month prescriptions in the second half of 2019 and 2020 were reviewed by random sampling. Comparative analysis of the change of qualification rate before and after running the system was performed. Results: During the implementation period, a total of 580556 prescriptions were examined with 1587 daily audits, and 25497 prescriptions were successfully intervened with 70 daily intervention in the first year. 13736 prescriptions was revised after the intervention, with effective intervention rate of 53.87%. The rates of qualified outpatient prescriptions were increased reaching 99.01% by December, 2020. Conclusion: The work mode of the prescription pre-audit system for outpatient prescriptions in our hospital is practical and feasible, and it can improve the safety of prescriptions and promote rational drug use. |
