| 目的：建设国家药品监督管理网上办事大厅是国家药监局贯彻“互联网+政务服务”，优化营商环境，创新政务服务模式的重要举措。探讨基于一站式服务的国家药监局网上办事大厅的构建及在药品监管政务服务中的应用。方法：对国家药品监督管理网上办事大厅的建设背景、存在的问题、建设要点、实际应用情况进行阐述，分析网上办事大厅统一身份认证体系，总结网上办事大厅建设中的难点和遇到的问题，对下一步的建设方向提出建议。结果与结论：国家药品监督管理网上办事大厅实现了对外办事服务的统一注册、统一登录、统一授权、统一服务、统一审计等功能，推动了数据共享，为企业提供了网上办事的统一门户，方便了企业办事创业，提升了药品监管服务效能，推进了政务服务一网通办。 |

| Objective: The construction of the online service center of National Medical Products Administration is an important measure to implement the “Internet Plus Government Services”, optimize business environment and innovate the mode of government services for National Medical Products Administration. This paper discusses the construction of the one-stop online service center of National Medical Products Administration and its application in drug administration government services. Methods: The construction background, existing problems, construction points, practical applications of the online service center of National Medical Products Administration were expounded, the unified authentication system of the online service center was analyzed, the difficulties and problems encountered in the construciton of the online service center were summarized and suggestions for the next step of construction were put forward. Results and Conclusion: The construction of the online service center of National Medical Products Administration achieves the goal of unified user registration, unified login, unified authorization, unified service and unified audit and other functions for external service, which promotes data sharing, provides an integrated portal and convenience for enterprises to start the business, enhances the efficiency of the drug administration, pushes forward the access of one website for government services. |
