| 目的： 医疗服务质量稳定一致的同质化医疗服务是医学界广泛认同的理念。对同质化中药药学服务进行初步探索，为我国中药药学服务的发展进步提供参考。方法：结合国内外相关标准、共识等文献，分析现阶段我国中药药学服务面临的主要问题，在近年来相关工作体会的基础上，提出同质化中药药学服务的工作建议。结果与结论：中医药是我国医疗体系重要的组成部分，中药药学服务也是医疗服务一个非常重要的方面。因我国中药应用的广泛性及相应合理用药需求的迫切性，中药药学服务理应实现同质化，稳步提升中药师专业素质，避免因药师轮值轮岗而造成相同岗位业务水平的波动，对服务质量产生影响。中药药学服务可以中成药合理用药为切入点，以标准化模式逐步实现同质化。 |

| Objective: The homogeneous medical service with stable and consistent medical service quality have long been widely recognized in the medical field. To make a preliminary exploration on the homogenized pharmaceutical service of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and provide references for the development and progress of TCM pharmaceutical care in China. Methods: To analyze the main problems of TCM pharmaceutical service in China at present stage combined with related domestic and foreign standards, consensus and other documents. And to put forward suggestions for homogenized pharmaceutical services of TCM based on the relevant work experience in recent years. Results and Conclusion: TCM is an important part of Chinese medical system, and pharmaceutical service of TCM is also a very important aspect of medical service. Because the extensive application of TCM and the urgency of corresponding rational drugs use, TCM pharmaceutical care urgently needs to achieve homogenization, professional quality of TCM pharmacist should be steadily improved to avoid fluctuations of the business level of same post caused by rotation, which will affect the service quality. TCM pharmaceutical service could start from the rational use of Chinese patent medicine and gradually achieve homogeneity through a standardized model. |
