      目的:对高职《药剂学》课程改革的实际效果进行多元线性分析,为提升高职教学质量提供参考。方法:参考IEO模型分析框架,编制《药剂学课程学习情况调查问卷》,对浙江医药高等专科学校的333名学生进行实证调查,采用SPSS对调查数据从现状评价、相关分析、回归分析、差异性检验等方面进行统计分析,并提出相应建议。结果:课程改革整体评价较好,课程改革的4个因子间存在相关关系,构建了课程学习兴趣、课程考核、学习参与、自我效能感等关于学习收获的回归模型;教师教学与学习收获之间没有显著的直接影响,选择“继续深造”的学生的学习收获显著高于“没有想法”的学生。结论:坚持“以学生为中心”,重视对学生学习主人翁意识的培养,推动教师角色从知识的传播者向学习的设计者转变,将课程考核关注点从重视学习结果转向学习过程,并关注学生职业规划的引导, 以提高学生学习收获。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To conduct a multiple linear analysis on the actual effect of pharmacy curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges, so as to provide references for improving the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges. Methods: Referring to IEO model analysis framework, the pharmacy course learning questionnaire was compiled, and an empirical survey on 333 students in Zhejiang Pharmaceutical College was conducted. SPSS was used to analyze the survey data from the aspects of current situation evaluation, correlation analysis, regression analysis and difference test, and to put forward corresponding suggestions. Results: The overall evaluation of curriculum reform was good, and there were correlations among the four factors of curriculum reform. The regression models of learning gains were constructed, such as interest in learning, curriculum assessment, learning participation and self-efficacy. There was no significant direct impact between teacher instruction and learning gains, and students who chose to "continue their education" had significantly higher learning gains than those who "had no idea". Conclusion: We should adhere to the "student-centered" approach, attach importance to the cultivation of students' sense of autonomous learning, promote the role of teachersfrom the disseminator of knowledge to the designer of learning, shift the focus of curriculum assessment from the emphasis on learning results to the learning process, and pay attention to the guidance of students' career planning, so as to enhance students' learning gains.
