| 目的：分析联合惩戒工作制度的工作成效，为强化定点药店的管理提供参考。方法：分析国内动态，归纳实施联合惩戒的法规依据，总结工作方法及实施成效，并提出思考建议。结果：实施联合惩戒有明确的法律法规文件依据，我国少数地区正在探索联合惩戒工作制度。铜陵市义安区实施联合惩戒工作制度后，做到公开检查结果，促进了行业自律；做好数据分析，强化了结果运用；加强交流合作， 提升了监管效率。结论：定点药店实施联合惩戒工作制度，可作为当前加强定点药店监管的一项重要尝试。应进一步完善联合惩戒的考核标准，提升联合惩戒的规范性，建立联席工作制度，提高监管效率。 |

| Objective: To analyze the work effect of joint disciplinary system in order to provide references for strengthening the management of designated drugstores. Methods: The domestic trends were analyzed, and the legal basis for the implementation of joint punishment was summed up. The working methods and implement results were summarized, and suggestions for reflection were proposed. Results: The implementation of joint punishment had a clear legal basis, and a few areas in China were exploring the joint punishment system. After the implementation of the joint punishment system in Yi'an district of Tongling city, the results of the inspection were made public so as to promote the self-discipline of the industry. The data analysis was done well, which strengthened the application of the results. The exchange and cooperation were strengthened, and the supervision efficiency was improved. Conclusion: The implementation of the joint disciplinary system in designated drugstores could be an important attempt to strengthen the supervision on designated drugstores. We should further improve evaluation standards of joint punishment, enhance the standardization of joint punishment and establish a joint working system to improve the supervision efficiency. |
