目的:寻找圆柱体金属植入物在磁共振环境下由于射频(RF)场射频致热导致的最大温升位置。 方法:通过实验设计,使用5~21 cm的316L不锈钢和镍铬合金两种材料金属棒在3T磁场强度的核磁共振 (MR)环境中进行测试,比较不同尺寸金属棒的温升情况以及同尺寸金属棒不同位置的温升情况。结果: 实验显示,当金属棒尺寸为半波长时,即在3T MR环境中为13 cm时,于样品两端部会产生最大的温升效果。结论:对于圆柱体金属植入物,由于射频致热产生的最大温升发生位置在植入物的两端部,为圆柱体植入物射频致热研究提供了简化方法。 |

Objective: To find the position of the maximum temperature rise of the cylindrical metallic implant due to radio frequency (RF) heating in the magnetic resonance environment. Method: Through experimental design, two metal rods of 316L stainless steel and nickel-chromium alloy from 5 to 21 cm were tested in 3T NMR (MR) environment. The temperature rise of metal rods of different sizes and the temperature rise at different positions of the same size metal rod were compared. Result: Experiments had shown that when the size of the metal rod was half the wavelength, that is, when it was 13 cm in a 3T MR environment, the maximum temperature rise effect would be produced at both ends of the sample. Conclusion: For cylindrical metal implants, a simplified approach to RF thermogenesis studies of cylindrical implants is provided because the maximum temperature rise generated by RF thermogenesis occurs at the two ends of the implant. |
