| 目的：研究新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间武汉市19家三级定点医院药学服务开展情况，分析疫情期间药学服务内容及存在的问题，提出医院药学发展建议。方法：通过在线填写问卷的方式，对武汉市 19家三级定点医院药学服务进行调查，搜集在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间各医院运行的基本资料， 统计分析药品供应与调剂、药师岗位调动、临床药学服务、药学科研四方面工作的开展情况。结果：在疫情防控期间，武汉市19家三级定点医院的药学服务主要以药品调剂工作为主，存在部分新型冠状病毒肺炎药品短缺、药师岗位调整、临床药学服务内容简单且形式单一，以及科研开展少等问题。结论：建议提升医院药学服务内涵、加强药学人才培养力度、推进药学信息化建设、丰富临床药学服务模式和内容，为以后在重大卫生公共安全事件下各医院开展药学服务提供参考。 |

| Objective: To study the situation of pharmaceutical care in 19 third-level designated hospitals in Wuhan during the epidemic of covid-19, analyze the contents and problems of pharmaceutical care during the epidemic, and put forward suggestions for the development of pharmaceutical care in hospitals. Methods: By completing the questionnaire online, the pharmaceutical care of 19 third-level designated hospitals in Wuhan was investigated, and the basic data of each hospital during the prevention and control of covid-19 epidemic were collected, to analyze the development of drug supply and distribution, the transfer of pharmacists post, clinical pharmaceutical care and pharmaceutical research. Results: During the epidemic prevention and control period, pharmaceutical care of 19 third-level designated hospitals in Wuhan was mainly based on drug distribution work, and there existed problems including the shortage of drugs for the treatment of COVID-19, the adjustment of pharmacists' positions, the simple content and single form of clinical pharmaceutical care, and lack of pharmaceutical research. Conclusion: It is suggested that the connotation of pharmaceutical care be improved, the training of pharmaceutical talents be strengthened, the construction of technological platform be enhanced and the formalization of pharmacy be promoted, so as to provide references for hospitals to carry out pharmaceutical care under major health and public safety events in the future. |
