      目的:探索在疫情期间院外癌痛患者用药管理模式,提高院外癌痛患者疼痛治疗效果,降低患者及家属出行次数,协助政府做好疫情防控工作。方法:本文通过分析本次新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV) 疫情传播特点、国家疫情管控措施以及国家麻醉药品管理的特殊性,利用信息技术构建院外癌痛患者用药管理平台。结果:有效利用慢病管理、微信服务群、医院公众号等信息技术,建立癌痛患者院外用药指导与患者健康教育平台;同时对于来院就诊患者采取预约制及门诊预检分诊制;对于有疫情接触史居家隔离患者,采取远程体温监测和流行病学管理等措施进行管理。结论:通过信息技术手段,可以实现疫情期间癌痛患者远程用药指导,提高患者的治疗效果,提升院外药学服务质量,降低患者出行频次, 协助政府做好疫情防控工作。

      Objective: To explore the medication management mode for patients with cancer pain outside the hospital during the epidemic period, improve the pain treatment effect for patients with cancer pain outside the hospital, reduce the number of trips for patients and their families, and assist the government in preventing and controlling the epidemic. Methods: This article analyzed the characteristics of this new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) epidemic, the national epidemic control measures, and the particularity of national narcotic drug management, and it used information technology to build a drug administration platform for patients with cancer pain outside the hospital. Results: Information technology such as chronic disease management, WeChat service groups, and hospital public accounts was effectively utilized to establish a platform for out-of-hospital medication guidance and patient health education for patients with cancer pain; meanwhile, an appointment system and pre-examination and triage system were adopted for patients visiting the hospital. Remote temperature monitoring and epidemiological management were used for patients with a history of COVID-19 during home isolation. Conclusion: Through information technology, remote medication guidance for patients with cancer pain during the epidemic could be achieved, the treatment effect of patients and the quality of out-of-hospital pharmacy services could be improved, the frequency of patient travel could be reduced, and the government could be assisted in epidemic prevention and control.
