| 目的：分析探讨医院药品轮休、限购制度的实施。方法：依照国家相关制度法规，制定《医院重点监控药品目录》《医院重点监控药品管控措施》，在每月制定药品采购计划时，对上月使用药品进行金额排序，对进入排序前二十位的重点监控药品、使用量异常增长的药品，分等级实施轮休、限购；每季度进行药品金额排序，对用量畸高的重点监控药品、使用量异常增长的药品分等级进行轮休、限购。 由药剂科将每月药品轮休、限购情况在全院公示，并接受监督。医院合理用药管理小组定期对轮休、限购情况进行总结，开展针对性合理用药调查。结果与结论：对药品实施轮休、限购制度，有效引导医师的用药选择，实现了临床用药干预，可在一定程度上促进合理用药；同时，药师直接参与合理用药管控，加大了医师与药师的沟通，有效发挥药剂科职能科室的作用，值得推广实施。 |

| Objective: To explore and analyze the use of suspended or restricted supplying systems of drugs in hospitals. Methods: To make the directory of the key monitoring drugs and control measures according to the related laws and regulations. The sum of drugs used last month was ranked when designing monthly drug purchasing plan. Among the top 20, those which were key monitoring drugs or drugs with abnormal growth in the amount of usage would be hierarchically suspended or restrictedly supplied. The consumption sum of drugs was ranked quarterly, and key monitoring drugs which were highly used or drugs with abnormal growth in the amount of usage would be hierarchically suspended or restrictedly supplied. Dept. of Pharmacy reported the suspended or restricted supply status to the hospital every month and was subjected to supervision. Rational drug use management team summarized the suspended or restricted supply status periodically and investigated accordingly. Results and Conclusion: Suspended or restricted supplying systems of drugs could effectively guide doctors’ choice of drug use, realize the interventions to the clinical medication and promote rational drug use to a certain extent. At the same time, pharmacists participating in administration and control of rational drug use increased the cooperation between doctors and pharmacists, played an effective role as functional departments, and is worthy of popularization. |
