| 目的：探索与新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019, COVID-19)相关静脉血栓栓塞症 (Venous Thromboembolism, VTE)防治药物的合理规范使用。方法：通过思维导图汇总分析各类静脉血栓防治药物的适应症、用法用量、注意事项、药物相互作用、药学监护以及用药教育要点。结果：思维导图可以详细展示新型冠状病毒肺炎患者静脉血栓防治可供选择的药物及其特点，能够使一线医疗工作人员快速获得静脉血栓防治相关药物的知识与信息。结论：新型冠状病毒肺炎患者静脉血栓防治工作任重道远，对其进行及时的VTE防治和提供必要的药学监护意义重大，思维导图可以为新型冠状病毒肺炎相关VTE的防治工作提供参考。 |

| Objective: To explore the reasonable and standardized use of drugs for the prevention and treatment of venous thrombus embolism (Venous Thromboembolism, VTE) infected with COVID-19 (Corona Virus Disease 2019). Methods: Analysis of indications, usage and dosage, precautions, drug interactions, pharmaceutical monitoring of all kinds of drugs and key points of drug education in the prevention and treatment of venous thrombosis were carried out by mind map. Results: The mind map could provide a detailed description of the optional drugs and their characteristics in the prevention and treatment of venous thrombosis in novel coronavirus patients with infectious pneumonia and enable front-line medical staff to quickly obtain knowledge and information of drugs related to venous thrombosis prevention and treatment. Conclusion: The prevention and treatment of venous thrombosis in COVID-19 patients have a long way to go. It is of great significance to carry out timely prevention and treatment of VTE and to provide necessary pharmaceutical care. The mind map could provide some references for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19-related VTE. |
