| 目的：探讨医院招标采购中药饮片的方案，确保饮片质量，降低饮片价格。方法：采取综合评标的方式制定评分细则，委托第三方招标代理机构进行邀请招标。结果：通过此次招标，重庆市合川区中医院中药饮片价格平均降幅达29.35%，且所供饮片均符合质量标准。结论：基于取得的成效，中药饮片的招标采购能够降低饮片价格、确保饮片质量，供其他医院参考借鉴。 |

| Objective: To discuss the bidding and procurement scheme of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the hospital to ensure the quality of decoction pieces and reduce the price of decoction pieces. Methods: The comprehensive evaluation method was adopted to formulate the scoring rules, and a third-party bidding agency was entrusted to conduct invitation bidding. Results: Through this bidding, the average price of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in Chongqing Hechuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine decreased by 29.35%, and all the decoction pieces provided met the quality standards. Conclusion: Based on the results achieved, the bidding and procurement of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces can reduce the price of decoction pieces and ensure the quality of decoction pieces for, which provides references for other hospitals. |
