| 目的：为进一步完善市场调节下的药品价格合理形成机制提供参考。方法：采集某市属公立医院药品采购价格上涨品种，从品种的剂型分布、药品类别、价格区间、涨幅、现有注册批文数等角度分析。结果：价格上涨药品中口服剂型占49%、注射剂型43%、中成药14.4%、化学药及生物制品85.6%； 低价药品上涨占80.7%；国家基本药物占80%，100%省医保目录品种，79.8%药品涨幅在10%~500%，注册批文数与药品价格呈线性关系。结论：自药品价格改革后，部分药品价格变动处于合理范围。上涨品种多为基本药物中价格较低的品种，不乏常用急抢救药品，建议通过合理规划药品生产供给能力、建立行之有效的药品市场价格监测机制、多元化药品集中采购机制等策略，保障临床药品稳定供应，保障患者用药安全，保障我国制药工业可持续发展。 |

| Objective: To provide references for further improving the mechanism of rational formation of drug prices under market regulation. Methods: The varieties of drugs with increasing prices in a municipal public hospital were collected and analyzed from the aspects of distribution of dosage forms, drug types, price ranges increasing rate and the number of current registered approvals. Results: The oral dosage form accounted for 49%, the injection dosage form for 43%, Chinese patent medicines for 14.4%, the chemical medicines and biological products for 85.6%, and the rising low-priced drugs accounted for 80.7%, The national essential drugs accounted 80%, 100% products were listed in the provincial medical insurance catalogue, and 79.8% medicines increased within 10% to 500%. There is a linear relationship between the number of registered approvals and the drug prices. Conclusion: After the reform of drug prices, the changes of some drug prices are within a reasonable range. The rising varieties mostly belong to low-priced basic drugs, including the commonly used emergency medicines. It is suggested that the stable supply of clinical drugs and the safety of patients' medication should be ensured through rational planning of drug production and supply capacity, effective drug price monitoring mechanism in the market and diversified drug centralized purchase mechanism, etc. so as to guarantee the sustainable development of pharmaceutical industry in China. |
