| 目的： 比较2012年版《国家基本药物目录》与现行2018年版《国家基本药物目录》中血液系统用药的增减情况，分析新版基本药物目录中增删药物的原因，为临床用药提供参考。方法： 采用归纳法和统计分析法，比较两版目录中血液系统用药的品种、剂型、规格等方面的异同，通过文献检索分析增删药物优劣。结果： 与2012年版基本药物目录相比，2018年版基本药物目录中血液系统药物新增了甲钴胺、吲哚布芬、重组人促红细胞生成素、利伐沙班、替格瑞洛、达比加群酯、重组人组织型纤溶酶原激酶衍生物（rPA）六种药物，删减了右旋糖酐（40，70）、双嘧达莫两种药物；在剂型、规格方面，增加了右旋糖酐铁口服溶液剂型和凝血酶冻干粉200单位这一规格。结论： 与2012年版《国家基本药物目录》相比，现行的2018年版《国家基本药物目录》中血液系统的药物品种更加齐全，剂型、规格更加合理。 |

| Objective: To compare the changes of the blood system medications in National Essential Drugs List of 2018 and 2012 Editions and analyze the reasons for adding and removing drugs in the new edition of the essential drugs list so as to provide references for clinical medication. Methods: Inductive method and statistical analysis were used to compare the similarities and differences of the varieties, dosage forms and specifications of blood system drugs in two editions, and advantages and disadvantages of adding and removing drugs were analyzed through document retrieval as well. Results: Compared with National Essential Drugs List of 2012 Edition six drugs of the blood system such as methylcobalamin, indobufen, recombinant human erythropoietin, rivaroxaban, ticagrelor, and dabigatran etexilate recombinant human tissue plasminogen kinase derivative (rPA) were added, and dextran (40, 70) and dipyridamole were removed in the 2018 edition. In terms of dosage forms and specifications, iron dextran oral solution dosage forms and the specification of 200 units for thrombin lyophilized powder were added. Conclusion: Compared with National Essential Drugs List of 2012 Edition, the current 2018 edition has more complete blood drug types and more reasonable dosage forms and specifications. |
