| 目的： 研究大戟科叶下珠属两种药用植物叶下珠和珠子草的形态学和显微结构，为叶下珠和珠子草全草的质量评价和鉴别提供科学依据。方法： 通过体式显微和光学显微技术对两种药材的性状、茎、叶横切面、粉末特征等进行比较。结果： 叶下珠枝具翅状纵棱，上部被一纵列短柔毛；叶片近边缘或边缘有1~3列短粗毛；雄花萼片6；蒴果直径1.5~4 mm，表面有鳞状凸起物或小突刺，及6条略凹纵线；果柄极短；茎横切面有疣状凸起。珠子草枝不具翅状纵棱，全株无毛；雄花萼片5；蒴果直径1~1.5 mm，表面平滑无毛；果柄短。结论： 从上述外观形态特征可对叶下珠和珠子草进行区分，有效地控制药材混用情况。 |

| Objective: Morphology and microstructure of two medicinal plants of the Phyllanthus were studied in order to provide scientific references for the quality evaluation and identification of Phyllanthus urinaria L. and Phyllanthus niruri L. Methods: The characters, stems and leaves cross section, powder characteristics of the two medicinal plants were compared by stereo microscopy and optical microscopy. Results: Phyllanthus urinaria L. branches had wing-like longitudinal ribs and the upper part of Phyllanthus urinaria L. was pubescent in a longitudinal row. The leaf blade near the edge or on the edge had 1-3 rows of short thick hairs with male flower sepals 6. The capsule was 1.5-4 mm in diameter with scaly bulges or small spikes on the surface and 6 slightly concave longitudinal lines. The fruit stalk was extremely short. The transverse section of the stem showed verrucous protuberance. The Phyllanthus urinaria L. branch did not have a longitudinal rib of the wing shape, and the whole plant was glabrous with male flowers sepals 5. The capsule was 1-1.5 mm in diameter with smooth and glabrous surface, and the fruit stalk was short. Conclusion: The above morphological features could distinguish Phyllanthus urinaria L. from Phyllanthus niruri L. and effectively control the mixed use of herbs. |
