| 目的：分析北京市西城区西长安街社区卫生服务中心2016-2018年度处方点评结果，总结药物处方特点，促进临床合理用药。方法：提取"北京市社区医院处方点评系统"内数据，对本中心2016-2018年度处方点评结果进行回顾性分析。结果：2016-2018年度共点评处方3859张，处方合格率为93.03%，不合理处方总数269张。不合理处方中以用药不适宜处方居多，多为药品用法用量不适宜。结论：处方点评可及时发现处方中不合理用药情况。处方点评中存在的问题，需要社区中心、医师、药师共同努力，协调配合，以提高处方质量，不断提升合理用药水平。 |

| Objective: To analyze the results of prescription comment on Xichanganjie Community Health Center in Xicheng District of Beijing from 2016 to 2018 in order to summarize the characteristics of drug prescriptions and promote the clinical rational drug use. Methods: Data in the "Prescription Comment Management System of Beijing Community Health Center" were extracted. The results of prescription comment on the Xichanganjie Community Health Center from 2016 to 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were 269 unreasonable prescriptions on the total 3859 prescriptions from 2016 to 2018. The rate of qualified prescriptions was 93.03%. Most of the unreasonable prescriptions lay in irrational drug use and inappropriate dosage. Conclusion: Prescription comment can timely find the unreasonable medication in the prescriptions. The resolution of problems in the prescription comment requires the joint efforts of the community center, doctors, and pharmacists to coordinate and cooperate together so as to increase the quality of prescriptions and continuously improve the level of rational drug use. |
