| 目的：澄清蒲黄的药用部位，考察蒲黄药用部位及加工方法对其质量的影响，为蒲黄现行质量标准的完善提供科学依据。方法：采用文献考证、产地调研、以及现行质量标准研究等方法，对蒲黄花粉、草蒲黄样品性状、显微鉴别、杂质检查等质量控制项目进行分析。结果与结论：澄清了蒲黄的药用部位应为花粉，草蒲黄为蒲黄花粉雄花序或雄蕊的浸出物为加工蒲黄花粉的原料。草蒲黄在加工成花粉的过程中，不同程度地混入花粉以外植物组织。建议蒲黄药典标准的来源仅收载花粉，从基源上避免市场上蒲黄掺杂严重、质量参差不齐的现象。提高药典标准的可行性。 |

| Objective: To clarify the medicinal part of Typhae and to investigate the effects of medicinal parts and processing methods on the quality of Typhae so as to lay a scientific basis for the improvement of the current quality standards of Typhae. Methods: The methods of literature research, origin investigation, and the current quality standard study were used to analyze quality control items such as pollen of Typhae, traits of cattail, microscopic identification, impurity inspection and so on. Results and conclusion: It is clarified that the medicinal part of Typhae is pollen and cattail is the male inflorescence or stamen of Typhae, which is the raw material for processing Typhae pollen. In processing into pollen, cattails are mixed with other plant tissues to some degree. It is recommended that the source of Typhae in pharmacopoeia standards contain only pollen in order to avoid the phenomenon of serious adulteration and uneven quality of Typhae in the market and to increase the feasibility of pharmacopoeia standards. |
