目的:研究木芙蓉叶有效部位的体内抗RSV作用及其机理。方法:建立RSV肺炎小鼠模型,将木芙蓉叶有效部位分为高、中、低三个剂量组进行药效学试验,观察各组小鼠体重变化及活动、肺指数变化情况、肺指数抑制率、肺组织病理切片及其对血清炎症因子的影响。结果:木芙蓉叶有效部位可改善由病毒感染引起的体重下降、肺指数升高、减轻肺组织病变,并且升高小鼠血清中的炎症抑制因子IL-2、IFN-γ的浓度,减少炎症促进因子TNF-α的含量。结论:木芙蓉叶有效部位能够改善RSV感染引起的症状,提高小鼠免疫力,防止病毒的侵袭,推测其抗病毒机制可能与免疫调节有关。 |

Objective:To study the anti-RSV effect and its mechanism of effective parts of Hibiscus mutabilis leaf. Methods:A mouse model of RSV pneumonia was established. The effective parts of Hibiscus mutabilis leaf were divided into high, medium and low dose groups for pharmacodynamic experiments. The changes of body weight and activity, lung index changes of each group and inhibition rate of lung index, pathological section of lung tissue of the effects on inflammatory factors in the serum were observed. Results:The effective parts of Hibiscus mutabilis leaf can improve the weight loss caused by viral infection, increase the lung index, reduce lung tissue lesions, increase the concentration of inflammatory inhibitory factors, IL-2 and IFN-γ in mouse serum and reduce the content of inflammatory promoting factor TNF-α. Conclusion:The effective parts of Hibiscus mutabilis leaf can improve the symptoms caused by RSV infection, improve the immunity of mice and prevent the invasion of virus. It is speculated that its antiviral mechanism may be related to immune regulation. |
