| 目的：分析广西壮药材质量控制现状，以传统壮药玉叶金花为例，探讨壮药材质量控制方法。方法：通过文献考证、实地调研、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱、含量测定和特征图谱等方法对壮药材及其近缘品种进行对比研究。结果：玉叶金花在广西具有悠久的使用历史，主要用于清热除湿；通过和同属药材对比研究，建立专属性强的性状、显微、薄层鉴别、含量测定和HPLC特征图谱，使玉叶金花的质量能够得到有效控制。结论：本研究为壮药质量控制体系的建立提供了参考，为壮药的有效监管提供技术支撑。 |

| Objective:To analyze the current situation of quality control of Zhuang medicinal materials in Gunagxi and study the quality control method of Zhuang medicinal materials by taking the traditional Zhuang medicine Mussaenda Pubescens Ait. f. as an example. Methods:A comparative study on Zhuang medicinal materials and their related varieties was carried out by using the following mthods, such as literature research, field investigation, trait identification, microscopic identification, thin layer chromatography, content determination and characteristic map. Results:Mussaenda Pubescens Ait. f. has a long history in Guangxi and has been mainly used to remove heat and dampness. Specific traits, microscopic identification, thin layer chromatography, content determination and HPLC characteristic fingerprint were established by a comparative study on the medicine and its related varieties. The quality of Mussaenda Pubescens Ait. f. can be controlled effectively. Conclusion:This study put forward references for the development of the quality control system of Zhuang medicinal materials and provide technical support for the effective supervision of Zhuang medicinal materials. |
