| 目的：探讨各国实施基本药物制度推进临床合理用药的切实路径。方法：检索与比较部分国家基本药物制度的相关文件及实施情况。结果：合理用药已成为国家遴选基本药物目录的主要依据，各国的基本药物制度中都涵盖有合理用药的内容，发挥药事管理与药物治疗学委员会在合理用药方面的作用，重视广泛开展合理用药的医师培训和公众宣传，提高基本药物可及性对促进合理用药具有重要意义。结论：合理用药需要有基本药物制度作为保证；基本药物的遴选需要更加重视合理用药的因素；加强基本药物制度有关合理用药的医师培训和公众宣传；及时修订并遵守基本药物的临床用药指南；全面提高基本药物可及性，为合理用药提供保障。 |

| Objective:To explore the promotion of the practical path for clinical rational drug use by implementing essential medicine system in some countries. Methods:Relevant documents and implementation of the essential medicine system in some countries were searched and compared. Results:Rational drug use has become the main basis for the national selection of essential drugs and the content of rational drug use has been covered in the essential medicine system of each country. The role of Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee has been played in rational drug use. Physician training and publicity for rational drug use have been emphasized. And improving the accessibility of essential drugs is very important in promoting rational drug use. Conclusion:Rational drug use requires the essential medicine system as a guarantee; the selection of essential drugs requires more attention to the rational drug use; the physician training and public propaganda on rational drug use need to be strengthened; timely revision and compliance of the guidelines for clinical drug use are necessary; and it is recommended to improve the accessibility of essential drugs in order to provide assurance for rational drug use. |
