| 目的：了解某口腔专科医院门诊中成药使用合理性，为规范门诊中成药的使用提供参考。方法：采用回顾性统计方法，对该院2014-2016年门诊中成药使用情况进行统计和分析。结果：2014-2016年，该院门诊中成药销售金额分别占门诊药品销售总金额的42.28%、36.22%和36.98%；口服中成药销售金额分别占中成药销售总金额的89.13%、85.33%和84.78%；9种治疗口腔黏膜病的口服中成药年度销售金额和DDDs在口服中成药中均排序前9位，且年度销售金额排序和DDDs排序无大的变化；低价口服中成药销售金额分别占口服中成药销售总金额的99.71%、99.78%和99.70%，DDDs分别占口服中成药总DDDs的99.84%、99.88%和99.87%。结论：该口腔医院门诊中成药使用较为稳定、经济，符合口腔门诊患者药物治疗特点，中成药使用较为合理。 |

| Objective:To analyze and provide references for the rational use of Chinese patent medicines in outpatients of a stomatology hospital. Methods:Retrospective analysis method was adopted to analyze statistically the use of Chinese patent medicines in outpatients of the stomatology hospital from 2014 to 2016. Results:From 2014 to 2016, the consumption sum of Chinese patent medicines used in outpatients accounted for 42.28%, 36.22% and 36.98%, respectively of the total outpatient drugs, and the consumption of oral Chinese patent medicines accounted for 89.13%, 85.33% and 84.78% of the total Chinese patent medicines respectively. Nine oral Chinese patent medicines to cure oral mucosal diseases ranked in top 9 of oral Chinese patent medicines by annual consumption sum and DDDs and the order of which changed very little. Low-priced oral Chinese patent medicines accounted for 99.71%, 99.78% and 99.70% of the total oral Chinese patent medicines in consumption sum, and DDDs accounted for 99.84%, 99.88% and 99.87% respectively in total DDDs. Conclusion:The application of the Chinese patent medicines in outpatients of the stomatology hospital was stable, economical and rational, conforming to the treatment characteristics of outpatients with oral diseases. |
