| 目的：调查昆明市第一人民医院老年住院患者潜在的不适当用药情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：以《中国老年人潜在不适当用药目录》为依据，利用医院HIS系统调取我院2016年6-8月，年龄≥ 65岁的老年住院患者病历进行分析，评价老年住院患者的用药合理性。结果：在调出的3109份病历中，存在与药物有关的老年人潜在不适当用药的病例2545例，占81.9%。结论：有必要加强预防老年患者的潜在不适当用药，进一步提高用药安全性。 |

| Objective:To investigate the conditions of potentially inappropriate medication of the elderly inpatients in The First Hospital of Kunming, and offer references for rational clinical medication. Methods:Based on, The List of Potentially Inappropriate Medications for the Chinese Aged People, Hospital Information System (HIS) was utilized to invoke the cases of elderly inpatients with age ≥ 65 from 2016 June to 2016 August, and conditions of potentially inappropriate medication of elderly patients were evaluated. Results:Among the 3109 investigated cases, 2545 cases (81.9%) of potentially inappropriate medication were associated with drugs. Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the prevention of potentially inappropriate medication associated with drugs for elderly patients, and further improve medication safety. |
