| 目的：通过临床药师参与抗感染药物治疗的成功药学实践，探讨临床药师在药物治疗中发挥的作用。方法：临床药师通过参与1例恶性梗阻性黄疸术后并发感染的会诊与全程治疗，对抗感染的治疗方案进行分析的同时提出优化建议，并对患者进行用药监护。结果：医师采纳临床药师提出的治疗建议，经治疗，患者体温及感染指标恢复正常，引流液培养结果转阴，感染得到有效控制。结论：临床药师立足临床，通过积极参与患者的药物治疗实践，为患者提供药学监护，可提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性。 |

| Objective:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical therapy through the pharmaceutical practice of clinical pharmacists participating in anti-infective treatment. Methods:The clinical pharmacists participated in the consultation and the whole treatment process in one case of malignant obstructive jaundice complicated with postoperative infection, analyzed the anti-infective therapy program, put forward optimization recommendations, and monitored the medication as well. Results:Physicians adopted the treatment recommendations provided by the clinical pharmacists. After treatment, the body temperature and infection indicators of the patient recovered to the normal condition and the result of drainage fluid culture turned negative, indicating that the infection was controlled effectively. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists actively participated in the patients' pharmaceutical therapy practice and provided the necessary medical care for patients, which could improve the safety and effectiveness of drug treatments. |
