目的:探讨持续质量改进在我院门诊处方质量管理中的作用。方法:采用PDCA管理循环法对我院门诊处方点评工作进行管理,找出不合理处方,分析原因,制定质量改进措施,进行持续改进并观察效果。结果:2015年6月-2016年1月与2016年2月-9月相比,不合理处方百分率显著降低(P<0.01);2016年2月-9月与2016年10月-2017年5月相比,不合理处方百分率也有所降低(P<0.05),处方质量持续改进达到预期目标。结论:质量持续改进应用于处方质量管理中,可有效提高门诊处方质量,进一步完善处方审核系统的事前干预措施,促进医院合理用药,保证医疗安全。 |

Objective:To explore the role of continuous quality improvements in quality management of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital. Methods:PDCA management cycle method was used to manage outpatient prescription reviews, identify unreasonable prescriptions, analyze causes, formulate quality improvement measures, carry out continuous improvements and observe effects. Results:The percentage of unreasonable prescriptions from February, 2016 to September, 2016 decreased significantly compared with that from June, 2015 to January, 2016 (P<0.01). The percentage of unreasonable prescriptions from October, 2016 to May, 2017 also decreased compared with that from February, 2016 to September, 2016 (P<0.05). The continuous improvements in prescription quality achieved the desired results. Conclusion:Continuous quality improvements in prescription quality management of outpatient prescriptions could effectively improve the quality of prescriptions, further improve the prior interventions of the prescription review system, promote the rational drug use in hospitals, and ensure medical safety as well. |
